Shipping and Returns

Return Policy

  • Unworn items with tags intact may be exchanged for a different size or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items with visible wear will not be eligible to an exchange or refund. Please try on overalls in a clean environment to ensure they will be eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • Exchanges - DFR will cover shipping costs both ways on size exchanges. In the event that you need a second size exchange for an order, we kindly ask that you cover shipping on the second exchange or return.
  • Returns - In the event that you wish to return your purchase for a refund, you may purchase a discounted return shipping label of $10 CAD for Canadian shipments and $10 USD for US shipments through our returns portal below. Original shipping costs. if applicable, will not be refunded.
  • If your order is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately via email and provide photos of the product you received. 
  • Please note that due to the high cost of return shipments, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges on international orders outside of Canada and the US. We are more than happy to assist you with selecting the correct size via email, at hello@dfrwear.com.

Shipping Policy

Canada

  • DFR offers free shipping within Canada on all overalls and coveralls as well as other orders over $200 CAD
  • Orders within Canada ship from Ontario and will not be subject to brokerage fees, duties, or tariffs
  • Our primary shipping methods are UPS and Purolator with estimated transit times of 2-7 days depending on location. We offer PO box shipping via Canada Post, with approximate transit times of 5-14 business days
  • Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified

United States

  • DFR offers free shipping across the US on all overalls and coveralls, as well as other orders over $150 USD
  • We have prepaid all duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees - there will be no surprise fees when you receive your order!
  • Our primary shipping method is Fedex with an approximate transit time of 3-10 business days
  • Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified

International

We currently ship within Canada and the United States and are not offering shipping to other international destinations at this time. As the brand grows, we hope to expand our shipping options and offer DFR gear to customers around the world. Join our email list to be the first to know when we expand international shipping options!
